🗣️ Platform Terms

• Agency - The name of a consultant’s practice and their part of the product
• Clients - Assigned for each end client or report recipient. More clients can be added by contacting [email protected]
• Reports - Reports are generated for both individuals and teams/companies. You can see samples below.

• Assessments - These define the size of each report. For example, you may have a report for a company with 100 people, and therefore they will require 100 assessment slots for that one report.
• Invitation Links - These are generated for each client/team so that their batch of responses can be tracked and analyzed together. The client/team point of contact typically assists in distributing this link out within their organization to gather responses via chats.
• Assistant - This is the chat assistant that contains pre-set prompts to ask questions to the end users/respondents in their chats.
• Chats - These are the individual chats for each end user/respondent. A unique URL is generated when the end user/respondent clicks their team’s/company’s unique invitation link and enters their email address.
